Rare opportunity available to join a seasoned sales and leadership team as a Sales Counselor at Houston’s premier luxury retirement community. Looking for a dynamic sales professional to join the team. Previous sales experience in senior living Life Plan/CCRC is highly desired, as is working with a sales database.
You’ll join a team with a strong work ethic, with management and co-workers who want to make a positive impact in resident lives. These extraordinary leaders and role models will work with you to craft a long, satisfying and fruitful senior living career at The Buckingham. In this position, you will work directly with prospects to educate them on the benefits of living at The Buckingham.
- Generate a warm, friendly and caring manner on first impression
- Enjoy working with older adults and their families
- Direct sales in a prospect-centered, team selling environment
- Proven sales and closing skills
- Weekend and evening coverage as a member of this successful team Have a bachelor’s degree or four years sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Can communicate effectively with residents, families, staff and visitors
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality
A typical day will include connecting with prospects via phone and online, in person tours, home visits, strategic planning for creative follow up, and helping to plan and implement on and off-site events.
