What you’ll be doing
This position is responsible for articulating the organization’s value proposition in order to meet with key decision makers. To promote and sell the organization’s products and services through knowledge of market and industries meeting sales targets and objectives. To succeed, this role will need to be skilled in analyzing data, actioning initiatives, networking, and/or cold-calling, to generate new clients/customers in all regions.

You will be responsible for
Identify and contact potential clients through different methods such as cold- calling, attending networking events and marketing research.
Strategically meet clients on a regular basis to ensure and report to leaders that potential revenue and profitability are aligned with the organization’s KPIs.
Create Sales presentation for potential clients and record all sales activity using CRM software.
Develop proposals based on the prospective clients needs and handle objections by clarifying needs.
Represent the brand image of organization.
Put together persuasive approaches, pitches to prospective clients and collect feedback to improve pricing, service and process.
Participate in Business Reviews and provide feedback on new customer requirements, competitor information and market trends.
Identify opportunities for campaigns and sales channels that will lead to increased sales.
Develop new sales areas and markets.
Prepare responses to requests for proposals (RFP's) and requests for quotations (RFQ's).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Spanish
Ability to create detailed reports and documentation
Develop, implement, and maintain efficient workflows
To provide the highest level of customer service by developing and maintaining customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.

What we need from you
Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Business or International Business or similar discipline.
Minimum 5-7 years’ experience selling any/or of the following services:
Custom Brokerage
Freight, Warehousing
International Trades
Knowledge of MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
Proven ability working in an environment driven by analytics in order to meet sales targets
Comfortable interacting on a regular basis and build strong relationships with Senior Management, Clients, Vendors, and Carriers and Customer Service department.
Must have strong territory management experience
Leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Must be legally eligible to work for the Company at all times.
Valid Passport to occasionally travel if required to other offices locations in CAD/USA/MEX.
