Warehouse Team Leader

Buckland is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader   What you’ll be doing This position is responsible to ensure the smooth operation and efficient functioning of the warehouse. Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with monitoring all shipment operations. Report maintenance of equipment & building needs to Warehouse Supervisor. Ensure Warehouse is organized and clean. Provide any support on yard inspections and dispatches as needed. Supervise that all process documentation and expedition for completion of WOI/WOO are as per client’s SOP. Timely completion of file for billing of services at Warehouse Management System. Ensure receiving and shipping procedures are followed as instructed.   Leadership Responsibilities Ability to manage a group of 5 to10 employees Assist in performance evaluations for direct reports Assign tasks to team members Assists with training and guidance of direct reports Monitor work volumes of direct reports to ensure entries are completed to customs regulations guidelines Supervise team members and monitor attendance     What we need from you High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 3 years proven warehouse environment experience. Valid fork-lifting certificate preferable. Basic MS Office knowledge. High level of organization, time management and attention to detail. OSHA warehouse safety regulations knowledge. Experience with Warehouse Management Software. Bilingual (fluent in both Spanish/English)
