Summary
The Ecommerce Generalist is responsible for performing all basic functions in the online fulfillment warehouse. This position will unpack, process, order pick, and ship merchandise transferred to Ecommerce from Buckle’s Distribution Center and all retail stores. These functions also include the unpacking and processing of recalled merchandise from all retail stores to Buckle vendors or marked for seasonal redistribution. The Teammate in this role is consistently at work and on time. The Generalist demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, looks for ways to improve and promote quality, applies feedback to improve performance and monitors own work to ensure quality. This Teammate must consistently meet productivity standards, complete work in timely manner and strive to increase productivity while working safely and quickly. Hours available include early and mid-mornings, mid-day, evenings and weekends.
Special Hours Required:
Shifts are available Monday - Friday. Flexible start time with an end time of 7 p.m. or 9 p.m. based on business needs. Saturday: 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Effectively utilize computer systems, Bluetooth and RF scanners, and other technologies in the warehouse.
- Perform unpacking functions including auditing contents for inventory, verifying quality and salability and packaging or repackaging as needed.
- Create and apply new price ticket or stickers based on labeling needs.
- Assist with manual inductions of product into the auto-folder/bagger system.
- Facilitate the movement of product throughout warehouse areas.
- Process and induct into the Fulfillment system, all product delivered from the Distribution Center.
- Efficiently locate and pick all product associated with guest orders or designated transfers to other retail store locations.
- Pack guest orders based on shipping guidelines and process through auto-taper system.
- Complete blind audits verifying storage bin location and contents for inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and replenish supplies needed.
- Assist in cleaning countertops, refrigerators, and other kitchen appliances in the breakroom and restock supplies as needed for all designated areas.
- In person attendance is required to complete job duties.
- Special projects and other duties as assigned in either distribution or online fulfillment warehouses.
- Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive team spirit.
- Hours available include early and mid mornings, mid day, evenings and weekends.

The Teammate is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The Teammate must regularly lift and/or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or more than 60 pounds. Teammate must be comfortable working at heights on a multilevel mezzanine and have the ability to climb multi-level of stairs on a daily basis. Also regularly required to bend, twist and turn at waist. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Ability to operate a motor vehicle and complete errands based on business needs.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this Job, the Teammate is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The Teammate is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
