Position Overview
We are seeking a Loader to support our warehouse operations by efficiently handling shipments and ensuring the safe and organized movement of inventory. This role is vital to maintaining a smooth supply chain, as you will be responsible for loading and unloading freight, securing products to prevent damage, and keeping the workspace clean and hazard-free.
Key Responsibilities
Load and Unload Shipments – Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing freight, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Inventory Protection – Secure and package products properly to prevent damage during storage and transportation.
Equipment Operation – Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided as needed).
Safety Compliance – Adhere to all company safety protocols and warehouse procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
Collaboration – Work closely with warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors to meet shipping and receiving deadlines.
Workplace Organization – Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free loading area.
Qualifications
Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or loading operations is a plus but not required.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physically demanding tasks.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
A team player with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
