Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Trimmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work and possess a passion for maintaining beautiful Plants. As a Trimmer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of gardens, ln an indoor environment area by ensuring that plants are well-groomed and healthy.
Duties
- Perform trimming and pruning of various plants, shrubs, and trees to promote healthy growth and maintain desired shapes.
- Utilize hand tools effectively to execute trimming tasks with precision
- Assist in the maintenance of indoor environments, ensuring optimal conditions for plant growth.
- Engage in heavy lifting as required for moving plants, soil, and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects efficiently and effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience in cannabis is a plus maintenance or lawn care is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with plant identification and knowledge of horticultural practices is advantageous.
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus for operating various gardening equipment.
- Ability to work in doors in varying weather conditions while performing physically demanding tasks.
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions are essential for success in this role.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
