What are the responsibilities and job description for the DIRECTOR OF SALES WALMART/SAM'S CLUB position at Buddig?
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement tactical account business plans (AOP) to achieve net sales revenue targets.
- Monitor and evaluate direct reports' performance on key KPIs, including customer activity, pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and sales targets within assigned customer / department.
- Facilitate account joint business plans (JBPs) to align with national business objectives.
- Conduct annual Innovation Summit to drive processes at Walmart and Sam's Club.
- Understand Carl Buddig's product value proposition, market landscape, competitive actions, and user needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with Walmart and Sam's Club leadership.
- Utilize selling function capabilities daily, including systems, category, commerce marketing, shopper insights, and sales systems.
- Manage financial investments related to personnel, brokers, and customer funding (pricing, promotions, merchandising, and media).
- Provide market intelligence and competitive response options to senior management.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to create and implement customer-specific communications, promotions, product development, process improvement, and strategic initiatives.
Competencies :
Education : BA degree in related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA Preferred
Experience : 10 years of experience
Skills : Strong understanding of all CPG Business Functions, Strategic Acumen, Operating Skill, Energy / Drive, Interpersonal Communication
Communication Skills : Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
Special Skills : Directly supervises Teammates in the Sales Function. Responsible for the overall direction of entire Walmart / Sam's team
Pay Range for this position is $135,000 bonus
