Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of our retail store. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with operational standards
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or retail management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and retail math
- Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus
- Experience in inventory control is preferred
