Duties
- Manage office tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
- Perform bookkeeping duties including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate financial records
- Provide customer support and address inquiries in a professional manner
- Handle data entry tasks and maintain organized filing systems
- Assist with proofreading documents and correspondence
Skills
- Proficiency in computer applications and software for office tasks
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Ability to manage calendars efficiently
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and protocols
