Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive self starter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, inventory and exceptional administrative capabilities, with a knack for multitasking. 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination:
     
    • Plan, initiate, and manage projects from conception to completion.
  •  
    • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met.
  •  
    • Coordinate and communicate with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
  •  
    • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
  •  
  • Administrative Support:
     
    • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
  •  
    • Manage project documentation, ensuring all files are up-to-date and accessible.
  •  
    • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls related to projects and administrative tasks.
  •  
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and other project-related documents as needed.
  •  
  • Resource Management:
     
    • Allocate resources effectively to ensure project needs are met.
  •  
    • Coordinate with various departments to secure necessary resources and support for projects.
  •  
    • Track and manage project expenses, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
  •  
  • Process Improvement:
     
    • Identify opportunities to streamline project management and administrative processes.
  •  
    • Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  •  
    • Continuously evaluate project outcomes and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  •  
  • Team Collaboration:
     
    • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
  •  
    • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting professional development and growth.
  •  
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to achieve project goals.
  •  
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Administrative Manager.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in budgeting and resource management.
  • PMP certification is a plus.

Salary : $50,000 - $100,000
