Sales and Marketing Manager

Position Summary:

The Sales & Marketing Supervisor will play a pivotal role in creating and executing our company sales and marketing strategy. You will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing marketing campaigns that resonate with our customers. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and training our sales team on best practices for growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and metric-driven individual who is passionate about sales and marketing in the window covering industry. Your warm personality and excellent interpersonal skills will build long-term relationships with our employees, customers, and third-party vendors as well as attract new business to build our brand.

·      Ability to use computer programs – Podium, Touchpoint, Microsoft, Email, Slack, Etc… 

·      Customer Service, Service/repair industry experience

·      Window Covering Industry experience

·      Leadership Experience 

·      Ability to Multitask

·      Able to implement and apply policies and procedures.

·      Problem Solve and critical/strategic thinker to plan for the present and future.

·      Retail sales experience

·      Marketing, Social Media content creation experience

·      Good Phone Presence 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Sales:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: 

• Assist in training and provide goals, and trackable metrics to the Sales teams 
• Establish, and implement ongoing training for Sales Team 
• Motivates and encourages Sales to ensure Quotas are met
• Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales team
• Resolve customer complaints, staffing problems and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations
• Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies
• Act as company representative at trade association meetings and community engagements
• Develop strong partnerships with local organizations to further increase brand/product awareness 
• Create and implement effective procedures and processes, for standard job performance reviews of sales team to address performance issues and reward good performance
• Ensure weekly and monthly sales appointments, meetings, and important dates are planned correctly and executed

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Marketing:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: 

• Develop strong partnerships with local organizations to further increase brand/product awareness 
• Create Marketing materials for Print, Email, Text campaigns 
• Create and schedule weekly social media content across all platforms, Google My Business, TicTok, Facebook, Instagram, Etc. 
• Engage, connect and interact with social media communities and followers 
• Coordinate and manage digital marketing with our paid vendor partners to insure we are getting the highest conversion and impressions to leads for Pay Per Click and display advertising
• Refresh and update Budget Blinds local websites monthly 
• Refresh and update online directories with new info and photos biweekly with marketing platforms.
• Engage and leverage Budget Blinds Employees to assist in providing custom content for all marketing efforts and assist with Social Media interaction and content. 
• Provide Monthly reporting on all marketing efforts to company owners to meet KPI goals
• Review and monitor marketing analytics weekly, and monthly to insure we are top 10 in service area
• Our current inside sales personnel will report directly to the Sales and Marketing Supervisor
• Implement daily and weekly tasks for the inside sales associate to complete
