We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who possesses excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills. The Administrative assistant assists the office manager with data entry, filing, organizing, ordering, inventory, and providing helpful info.
Key Responsibilities:
· Knowledge of the store layout, inventory, company policy, etc.
· Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
· Direct phone calls, manage scheduling, and coordinate meetings.
· Communicates low or out of stock materials to the buyer for replenishments.
· Maintain and update the inventory database to ensure accuracy and availability.
· Assist with the creation of content for marketing initiatives including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
· Support the planning and execution of organizational events.
· Communicate in a professional and courteous manner via phone, email, and written correspondence.
· Perform routine equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed.
· Prioritize daily workload effectively and manage multiple tasks.
· Attend safety meetings as needed.
· Observes store areas for safety, potential theft and security risks.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Customer Service 3 years
Administrative Assistant 2 years
High School Diploma / GED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
