This role is essential in generating repair estimates as well as claims processing to ensure our fleet remains in top condition.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate body job estimates.
- Generate glass damage estimates.
- Take photos of damages.
- Prepare accurate repair estimates and coordinate with repair vendors.
- Ensure all repair work aligns with company standards and cost guidelines.
- Coordinate and prepare claims process.
- Maintain detailed records of damages, estimates, and claims.

Requirements:
Experience in writing automotive damage estimation, claims processing, or fleet management.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
- Familiarity with rental car operations is a plus.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 incidents/accidents in the last 3 years
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States. Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug screen.
