Budget Truck and Car Rental of Utah is currently hiring a Security and Car Control Manager. This position is responsible in maintaining effective and efficient daily loss prevention and recovery procedures. The primary duties of the Security Manager are clerical and investigative based with some time spent in the field aiding in the recovery of rental cars.

DUTIES
- Daily inventory audit and reconciliation; including airport and local market inventories- submitted, reviewed and reconciled.
- Daily airport security audit entails inspection of security devices, locks in place, visual security audit as well as key security audit.
- Responsible for out of town units and vehicles reported stolen to law enforcement agencies.
- Impound vehicle management, retrieve vehicles towed and impounded immediately.
- Daily report of high value vehicles in fleet that are idle or on rent.
- Weekly local market visits and audits.
- Manage out-of-town inventory by sending transporters to bring vehicle back or coordinate with other locations to have these vehicles rented one way, marked for auction/wholesale, or removal from fleet.
- Comprehensive monthly report of entire fleet is accounted for and available at the appropriate local market location or at the SLC International Airport.

Requirements:- High School diploma/GED. Recent graduate with Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, work well in a team environment with a positive attitude and make independent decisions.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience in Law Enforcement, Security, Fraud Investigator, Special Agent, Detective, Loss Prevention Investigator -preferred
