Summary:
The IT Coordinator will be tasked with IT based projects. Under the supervision and direction of the IT Director, will help in assessing, obtaining, and implementing new technologies within the organization to help stream line and automate processes.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end users.
- Provide basic troubleshooting for operating systems (Windows) and business applications.
- Escalate complex issues to Level 2 or Level 3 support when necessary.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions for common IT problems.
- Provide basic training on system usage, security best practices, and software applications.
- Document troubleshooting steps and create knowledge base articles for common issues.
- Log and track support tickets in the IT service management system
- Follow up with users to ensure issues are fully resolved.
- Provide timely and professional customer support with a focus on user satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with IT teams and other departments to improve IT support processes.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees by setting up and deactivating accounts.
- Participate in IT team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Associates Degree in related field
- Familiarity with server platforms, video conferencing, and remote access
- Knowledge of SQL, Network and Wireless Infrastructures, Windows, iOS, AndroidCompetencies
