What are the responsibilities and job description for the Center Store Support - Full Time position at Buehler's Fresh Foods?
CENTER STORE MERCHANDISER: Clerk in the Center Store Non-Perishable Department, responsible to assist in several merchandising areas such as Grocery, Frozen Foods, Dairy, Nonfoods, and Beer & Wine. This person's primary duties include receiving, ordering, stocking, pricing, rotation, merchandising, record keeping, inventory [Backstock Control], scanner maintenance, housekeeping, customer relations on the salesfloor. Secondary duties assume related activities as required or assigned.
Availability: Must be available to be scheduled 35 hrs a week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.
Previous Work Experience: Grocery, Dairy and/or Frozen Preferred; we will train
Physical Demands: Repetitive lifting to 50#; occasional lifting to 80#.
Other Work Considerations: Customer service orientation; able to work with minimal supervision; organizational ability; reliable; dependable.
