Essential Duties:
- Welcome and greet patients entering the practice
- Answer telephone and provide caller with information, as well as follow up in a timely manner to all messages
- Oversee patient care by monitoring the schedule regularly and adjusting patient appointments to maximize patient care
- Scheduling patients
- Document and verify basic insurance information in the patient’s chart
- Educate patients regarding their insurance and financial responsibility
- Assist with billing & payment processing
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Capable to multitasking
- Capable of learning dental software
- Ability to work cooperatively with management, staff, and patients.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and complete tasks in a timely and independent manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
