What are the responsibilities and job description for the Care Coordinator Cardiac Rehab position at Buena Vista Regional Medical Center?
Part time. Work 3 days/week. 2 years Med Surg or CCU experience and cardiac rhythm interpretation preferred. Current IA RN license and ACLS required. Must be service oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent assessment and communication skills required. This position provides leadership and guidance to the Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehab department. Serves as a resource to staff, physicians, and patients by remaining up to date with AACVPR guidelines and protocols. Works with others in the department to care for patients. Assists with overseeing operations of the Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehab department.
