- Perform data entry tasks with precision, ensuring all client information is up-to-date in our systems.
- Utilize computerized systems to manage customer interactions and track service requests.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while addressing customer concerns and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and streamline processes.
- Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
Requirements
