Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with clients in both English and a second language, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls as necessary to follow up on customer requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the office system.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing high call volumes in a call center environment.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the customer service department.
Skills
- Proficiency in multiple languages, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in client services or customer support, preferably within a call center setting.
