Bilingual Customer Service Representative/cellular

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support in both English and another language. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically will help us maintain strong relationships with our customers while addressing their needs and inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Identify sales opportunities and promote products or services when appropriate.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional client services.

Skills

• Proficient in both English and another language (bilingual).
• Previous experience in customer support or call center environments is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers positively.
• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle outbound calling effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
