PT Receptionist - North Metro Auto Dealership

Busy family owned automotive dealership is looking for a highly motivated dependable professional to join our Buerkle Honda - Hyundai dealerships (White Bear Lake campus) as a:

Part Time Receptionist

• Ideal candidates for this position are friendly respectful professionals with a positive attitude who are able to work equally well independently and with others.
• Must be able to deliver the best possible customer service 100% of the time to both internal and external customers.
• Candidates must be dependable with the ability to arrive on-time as scheduled and be motivated to achieve success.
• Must possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize duties while being attentive to detail.
• Prior customer service experience highly desirable though we are willing to train the right applicant.

Part Time Position – 2 evenings per week (4-8 pm) every other Sat. (8am-6pm)

• Ability to pick up additional shifts
• Available for daytime receptionist back-up highly desirable

Job Duties include:

• Operate the telephone switchboard by answering incoming phone calls, transferring callers to the appropriate personnel, taking messages and using the paging system.
• Remain professional in appearance and actions at all times.
• Continually keep a current record of staff members’ whereabouts and availability.
• Greet the showroom customers and assist them by providing needed information and referring them to the correct staff member.
• Provide information about the dealership such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
• Perform general administrative support tasks such as data entry, sorting files, routine correspondence, and operating computers to work with records, invoices, balance sheets and other documents.

Compensation and Benefits include:
