We are currently looking for 1st shift receptionists at our client site in Maple Grove.
Job responsibilities include:
- Providing outstanding customer service and greeting guests upon arrival.
- Ensuring all encounters with guests have a positive and memorable experience.
- Creating and maintaining an atmosphere that fosters positive interaction and engagement.
- Providing exceptional customer service ensuring an outstanding employee, contractor, and guest experience.
- Continuously improving the overall guest experience by exceeding their expectations.
- Collaborating with other team members to maintain a welcoming atmosphere and enhance the guest journey from arrival to departure.
- Acting as a liaison between guests and other departments by coordinating and communicating guest needs while providing guest management services.
- Addressing complaints or concerns in a professional and empathic manner.
- Resolving issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to the overall guest experience.
