What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host/Customer Service position at Buffalo Billiards?
$15/hr TIPS
High-volume bar environment that requires checking ID’s along with a suitable demeanor and attitude relative to customer service as well as:
-Our host staff acts as a support staff to assure there is organization in a number of ways involving all highlighted job descriptions below
-Checking ID’s when security staff is not at the door
-Ability to work and communicate well with others in a team environment
-Ability to multitask
-Helping staff keep their sections clean and presentable
-Help servers and bar run food to corresponding tables
-Customer service transactions regarding usage of pool tables
-General cleanliness, organization and side work
-RAMP Servsafe certification required (renewal every 2 years)
**Must have weekend availability (Fridays and Saturdays)**
At least one (1) year of restaurant/bar experience required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
