Detailer Flat Rate

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team. As a Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring the interior and exterior of vehicles are meticulously cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. This role requires a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for cleanliness, a keen eye for detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

- Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles using specialized equipment and techniques
- Conduct thorough vacuuming, dusting, and polishing of interior surfaces
- Apply protective coatings and treatments to exterior surfaces
- Perform window tinting and buffing services to maintain a high-gloss finish
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Drive to and from locations as needed

Requirements:

- Prior experience in detailing, car wash, or custodial roles
- Proficiency in cleaning and detailing techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of quality
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and maintenance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
