We're Hiring: Front of House Representative – Buffalo Car Care
Pay Rate: $18 /hour
Location: Buffalo Car Care
Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Schedule: 8-10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday
Buffalo Car Care is looking for a Front of House Representative to be the face of our company! If you're an organized, customer-focused individual with strong communication skills, we’d love to have you on our team.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Greet and assist clients with a warm, professional demeanor
✅ Manage phone calls, messages, and inquiries with efficiency
✅ Coordinate front desk activities, including checking customers in & out
✅ Provide service recommendations and answer customer questions
✅ Process payments and close out customer repair orders
✅ Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
✅ Handle administrative tasks to support daily business operations
✅ Other duties and tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Excellent customer service skills – friendly, professional, and helpful
✔ Strong communication abilities – verbal and written
✔ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
✔ Organized and proactive approach to problem-solving
✔ Professional appearance and attitude
✔ Previous experience in customer service (1 year preferred)
✔ High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
