Responsibilities:
- Schedule and assign nursing staff to complete resident care requirements.
- Establish a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations.
- Promote resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing.
- Manage documentation of resident care services.
- Maintain a cooperative relationship among health care teams.
Requirements:
- Must hold valid NYS RN license.
- Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required.
- Strong leadership skills as a team director for all members of the staff.
- Familiar with Electronic Health Record (EHR) and ePrescribing programs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Must be available to work every other weekend.
