Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Principal at Buffalo Creek Academy Charter School. The Principal will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the school, implementing educational programs, managing staff, and fostering a positive learning environment for students. The role involves collaborating with teachers, parents, and the community to ensure academic success and character development of students.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Management skills
- Experience in Educational Program Implementation
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of NYS Standards and Educational Programs
- Master's degree in Education Administration or related field
- Experience working with middle school and high school students
- Knowledge of Cambridge International Education Program is a plus
- Previous experience as a Principal or Assistant Principal is preferred
