In this position, you’ll put your clerical prowess to work while learning the ins and outs of HR laws, benefits and more. Support the HR team through sorting, filing and data entry while expanding your professional skill set. Strong detail orientation, organization and computer skills are a must, but no prior experience needed! Bring a positive attitude and we’ll teach you everything else you need to know. Hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm with an hour lunch.

As an HR Assistant, no two days are the same, but most days will include the following responsibilities:
High-volume filing, mail sorting and data entry.
Managing job postings for 40 Buffalo Exchange stores.
Helping Buffalo Exchange employees with questions about benefits, 401(k) and more.
Special projects and helping out wherever needed!
