Position Overview:
We are seeking an Associate Jigsaw Puzzle Production Planner to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you’ll leverage Point of Sale (POS) data and other analytics to help plan, track, and manage the production of our puzzle products. You will play a key role in ensuring that we meet customer demand efficiently, while also contributing to the overall success of our production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage POS Data: Analyze Point of Sale (POS) data to forecast product demand, identify trends, and inform production planning decisions.
- Create Production Schedules: Collaborate with the production team to create and adjust production schedules based on current and future demand.
- Monitor Inventory Levels: Ensure the timely availability of materials and components by monitoring inventory levels and adjusting orders as necessary to avoid production delays.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Design teams to align production schedules with product launches and promotions.
- Track Production Progress: Ensure that production processes are on schedule and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during manufacturing.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate production records and generate reports on production progress, inventory levels, and sales forecasts for management. Actively maintain part information in ERP system, including, but not limited to, part creation, BOM maintenance, and part status
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret POS data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent Excel skills with ability to manipulate and summarize data effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for puzzles or games is a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
