Position Summary
The Digital Content Creator is responsible for ideating, producing, and distributing engaging and relevant content across digital platforms to increase brand awareness, user engagement, and customer acquisition for Buffalo Rehab Group. As Digital Content Creator, you will oversee all social media channels, ensuring our online presence aligns with the company’s goals and values.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, develop, and produce a variety of multimedia content, including social media-style videos, advertisements, and social media posts, as well as high-quality videos for the BRG website, such as blog-style content, patient testimonials, career highlights, and other promotional materials.
- Translate ideas and information into compelling narratives that resonate with our audience, conveying our brand values and messaging effectively.
- Manage and optimize content distribution across various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Foster community engagement by interacting with our audience on social media platforms, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, and leveraging user-generated content where appropriate.
- Create and execute advertising strategies that effectively communicate the brand’s mission and values to both internal and external audiences.
- Develop internal campaigns and initiatives to promote the company’s brand and messaging to employees, fostering a cohesive organizational culture.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of visual aesthetics, enhancing the overall user experience and brand perception.
- Analyze content performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to make data-driven decisions, optimizing content strategies for maximum impact and ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital best practices to continuously innovate and enhance our digital content strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and engaging multimedia content across various platforms.
- Proficient in social media management tools, content creation platforms, and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, VEED, and Canva.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Exceptional writing and copy-editing skills, with a focus on creating clear, engaging, and audience-specific content.
- Experience in analyzing content performance metrics, understanding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel as needed throughout the Buffalo area to support content creation and company initiatives.
