Summary of Duties
Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision. Interact professionally with other team members, guests, and suppliers. Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments. Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other team members and organizations. Maintain strict privileged, proprietary, guest, and employer confidentiality during and beyond the term of my employment. Adhere to all work rules, policies & procedures, and safety standards.
Position Description
The Player Development Coordinator enhances the overall guest experience within the casino by supporting the executive casino hosts in managing guests.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Assist Executive Casino Hosts in managing guest relationships and ensuring a high level of service.
- Manages guest arrivals and offers welcome amenities.
- Initiates and responds to in-person and phone contact with guests to ensure all reservations for hotels, special events and entertainment are executed efficiently.
- Assists guests with booking changes and inquiries regarding reservations.
- Ensure guest information is updated and accurate at all times; verifies addresses, phone numbers, emails, guest profiles and preferences.
- Safeguards the confidential nature of guest, department, and company data; adheres to all policies and procedures set forth by the casino and Tribal Gaming regulations to minimize risk to the business and to guests.
- Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of Player Development.
Requirements
Education/Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must have Casino experience.
Licensing
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Gaming License
Work Requirements
Requires problem solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. Position involves prolonged walking, stooping, or bending, lifting, or carrying up to 30 pounds daily. Work is performed in a casino environment with varying levels of lighting, air quality, noise, and / or temperature.
