Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage rooftop solar installations (100kW to 2MW), ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to timelines.
- Oversee subcontractors for electrical and mechanical work, ensuring high standards and compliance with project specs.
- Coordinate with project managers and other teams to ensure efficient project flow.
- Conduct on-site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial solar installations, primarily rooftop (100kW to 2MW).
- Proven experience managing both electrical and mechanical subcontractors.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and mechanical installations in solar projects.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, blueprints, and system schematics.
- Experience with OSHA safety standards and a strong focus on safety.
