Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct calls, emails and inquiries professionally
- Prepare and organize documents, listings and contracts
- Schedule appointments and coordinate property showings
- Manage digital and paper filing systems
- Assist agents with daily administrative needs
- Maintain client databases and track communications
- Handle office supply orders
Qualifications
- Administrative or Real Estate Office Experience Required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of real estate documents and terminology is a plus
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a team-player attitude
