Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This position is seasonal, with the season typically ending in late September-early October. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and providing excellent customer support. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties
- Answer phone calls and manage phone systems to ensure effective communication.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records, both physical and digital.
- Utilize company software for document creation, data entry, and scheduling tasks.
- Perform various administrative tasks such as typing correspondence, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
- Assist with inventory management of office supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer support role is preferred but not required.
- Reliable Wireless Access
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to assist team members as needed.
