Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive licensing strategy
- Lead partner plan and relationship management with license partnerships
- Ensure brand vision alignment with all license partnerships
- Lead licensing contract negotiations
- Set and achieve revenue targets for licensing programs

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field
- 10 years of experience in licensing and partnerships
- Skilled Strategic Licensing Leadership
- Strong negotiation and contracting skills
- Skilled in financial and performance management
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in licensing, brand management, or consumer products, preferably within retail, entertainment, or lifestyle brands.
- Advanced degree in business, marketing
