About You
- You're a dynamic criminal defense attorney with 2 years of experience, ready to handle cases ranging from misdemeanors to felonies.
- Embrace challenges, showcase your legal prowess, and contribute to a positive, fun, and collaborative work environment.
- Be sharp, energetic, and hungry to grow into one of the best litigators in the field.
- Enjoy autonomy, schedule control, and a stellar work/life balance
- Manage criminal cases from inception to resolution
- Represent clients at arraignments, pretrial hearings, and motions
- Conduct and prepare depositions
- Develop defense strategies and prepare clients for trial
- Draft and argue motions, including motions to suppress evidence
- Handle discovery and negotiate plea agreements
- Navigate complex legal issues, such as constitutional challenges
- Trial experience is a bonus
- Florida Bar license is a must
