The Role: You will collaborate with a dynamic team of attorneys and paralegals aimed at winning every case for our clients. Under the guidance of a Managing Litigation Attorney, you will be equipped to meet all litigation deadlines and have access to a litigation paralegal. However, you are expected to draft your own substantive motions and manage discovery/disclosure documents, with the paralegal assisting but not fulfilling your responsibilities.

About You:
- Experienced or Aspiring Litigator: You hold an Arizona bar license and have experience—or are keen to gain experience—in Title 14 litigation, encompassing estate planning, probate/trusts, and guardianship/conservatorship
- Client Advocate: You excel in communication, ensuring clients are regularly updated and their concerns are addressed, reducing their stress during legal proceedings
- Detail-Oriented: Your attention to detail is matched by your ability to handle emergency legal situations and quickly adapt to changing litigation deadlines
- Tech-Savvy: You embrace legal technology to enhance efficiency and client service

- Manage entire lifecycle of case handling from drafting and reviewing pleadings to appearing at hearings
- Conduct thorough discovery and depositions to set up cases for success
- Maintain proactive and clear communication with clients from case start to finish
- Required: Licensed to practice in Arizona
- Desired: Experience in Title 14 litigation, comfortable with any type of probate litigation, and familiarity with estate planning
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new technology
- Compensation & Bonus: Salary commensurate with experience but is expected to be $100,000 with benefits. $10,000 Signing Bonus to be paid at end of 30 ($2,500), 60 ($2,500), and 90 ($5,000) days
- Supportive Benefits: Health insurance stipend equivalent to $6,500/year, no billable hour minimum, and immediate accrual of paid time off, plus additional time off around major holidays
