Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 50 pre-litigation personal injury cases under partner supervision
- Maintain communication with clients, ensuring they feel supported and updated
- Interact with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and monitor medical records for treatment compliance
- Prepare demand packages, assist with negotiations, and handle closing statements
- Negotiate medical balances and review records to resolve billing issues post-settlement
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate's degree or higher (preferred)
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Plaintiff's pre-litigation personal injury case manager (in Florida), with the ability to manage cases independently from day one
- Software Proficiency: Knowledge of Filevine (preferred), Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint), and Zoom
- Other skills highly valued: Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and communication skills with a client-first approach
- Base Salary: Starting at $65,000 with potential for an increased offer for the right candidate
- Bonuses: Quarterly performance-based bonuses ($1,500 per quarter) and additional bonuses for Google Reviews (average $200-$900)
