What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead estate planning and probate cases from start to finish.
- Draft wills, trusts, and legal documents with precision and expertise.
- Manage probate court filings, client communications, and deadlines.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing clarity and support through legal processes.
- Oversee task tracking, follow-ups, and document organization to ensure smooth case progress.
- Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and courts with professionalism and confidence.
What You Bring
- 5 years of experience in estate planning, estate administration, and probate litigation.
- A self-starter who thrives in a small, collaborative law firm environment.
- Exceptional organizational and client communication skills—you make complex legal matters feel manageable.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and legal case management software.
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
- A passion for estate law and a client-focused approach, understanding that this work is more than just legal documents.
