The Content Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and securing high-quality content for Build Network TV. This role plays a crucial part in expanding our programming library by identifying opportunities for original productions, licensing deals, and partnerships that align with our brand’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of content trends in digital media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Sourcing:
- Research and identify potential content partners, production companies, and independent creators.
- Evaluate market trends and audience preferences to inform content strategy.

- Lead negotiations for licensing agreements, co-production deals, and acquisition contracts.
- Ensure favorable terms that align with budget constraints and revenue targets.

Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with content providers and industry stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between external partners and internal teams to ensure seamless content integration.

- Manage and review legal documentation related to content deals, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Compensation:
Salary Range: $45,000 to $80,000 per year
Salary is commensurate with experience and performance, with potential for performance-based bonuses.
