Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and execute robust sales strategies that directly align with our mission.
- Full-Cycle Sales: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across our portfolio of events, advertisement, commercials and training programs.
- Relationship Building: Forge and maintain lasting client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear expectations and accountability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and event teams to deliver cohesive and compelling brand messaging.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, adjust strategies in real-time, and report on performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Industry Representation: Represent BNTV at industry events and conferences, promoting our brand with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Salary Range:
