Position Overview :
The Superintendent will oversee all aspects of field operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination skills, with a focus on safety and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily field operations and subcontractor activities
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
