They specialize in a wide range of projects, including healthcare, education, retail, industrial, and more, delivering both renovation and new construction projects up to $50 million.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the superintendent in managing daily site operations
- Assist with scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring project timelines are met
- Help enforce OSHA and company safety standards
- Maintain quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and field teams
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in commercial construction an an Assistant Superintendent
- Experience working on renovation and/or new construction projects
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of construction scheduling software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar preferred but not essential)
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
