Project Manager - Multi Family

We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in multi-family construction to join our clients team. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting ground-up and renovation projects, ensuring successful execution from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors while delivering high-quality residential communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-family construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
• Provide leadership to on-site teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
• Oversee procurement, contracts, and negotiations with vendors and suppliers.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in multi-family residential construction (ground-up and/or renovation).
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP certification and/or OSHA certification is a plus.
