- Oversee multi-family construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
- Provide leadership to on-site teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
- Oversee procurement, contracts, and negotiations with vendors and suppliers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in multi-family residential construction (ground-up and/or renovation).
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP certification and/or OSHA certification is a plus.
