We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee multi-family renovation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks and activities
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in multi-family renovation
- Strong knowledge of project management software and tools
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
