Position Overview
As the Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting of corporate, field management and hourly craft labor, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent across all levels of the organization. This role will also play a key part in developing and maintaining relationships with schools, universities, and community programs to build strong talent pipelines. Additionally, the partner will assist in planning and representing the company at career fairs and networking events.
Essential Functions
- Proactively source candidates through various networks, industry associations, and outreach programs to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Screen candidate applications, schedule interviews, and evaluate skills to match to available job opportunities in all fields of corporate, field management and hourly craft labor.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent for apprenticeships, internships, and full-time positions.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, trade schools, and community organizations to create strong talent pipelines.
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs, campus recruitment events, high school outreach and networking activities.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with external recruiting firms as needed, managing vendor relationships and ensuring alignment with company hiring goals.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and provide data-driven insights to improve recruitment efforts.
- Ability to travel to job sites, career fairs, etc.- up to 20%

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles.
- Proficiency in Spanish a plus.
- Strong ability to source and engage candidates across various platforms.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Passion for talent development and workforce planning.
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus.
Working Conditions
- Combination of in-office and remote work (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
- General work environment – sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.
- Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.

- Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
Employee Status: Full-time (Exempt)
Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000
