Overview: Build Right Inc. is seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Foreman to manage construction projects around the Fargo-Moorhead and surrounding region. Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management & Supervision:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the construction crew, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans, allocating resources and materials accordingly.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
  • Conduct and lead regular safety meetings, enforcing safety regulations.

2. Safety & Compliance:

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.
  • Enforce safety protocols, following OSHA guidelines and Build Right’s internal safety procedures.
  • Implement safety procedures in line with company values, ensuring proper training for the team.

3. Team Leadership:

  • Lead by example, upholding the company’s core values, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Provide clear communication with the team, subcontractors, and clients, maintaining a unified team atmosphere.
  • Mentor crew members, helping them develop and grow their skills to reach their fullest potential.

4. Resource Allocation & Efficiency:

  • Allocate labor, materials, and equipment efficiently to meet project goals.
  • Manage tools, equipment, and supplies, ensuring all are properly maintained and ready for use.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes on job sites to increase overall project efficiency.

5. Client & Stakeholder Communication:

  • Effectively communicate project progress and issues to clients, subcontractors, and Build Right leadership.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or in a similar leadership role within the construction industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, OSHA regulations, and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
