About the Role
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to help small business owners understand how our digital marketing solutions can grow their practices. This role involves full-cycle B2B sales, from prospecting and consultative selling to relationship management and upselling when appropriate.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities.
- Present and sell company products and services to prospective and existing clients.
- Build strong client relationships and provide ongoing support.
- Meet and exceed sales targets within set deadlines.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records in a CRM system.
- Set follow-up appointments to keep clients informed about new developments.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
- Strong consultative sales and relationship management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Passion for online marketing and lead generation.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
Additional Details
- Bonus potential of up to $20K to $30K per year.
- No travel required, except for the occasional trade show (typically once per year).
- Preference for local candidates within driving distance to our office.
