This role will involve supporting our staff in facilitating building permits and assisting clients with the permitting process in Davidson County and surrounding counties . Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts by fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction with services provided.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for business development and growth.
- Lead negotiations and communicate effectively to address client needs and concerns.
- Utilize analysis skills to assess market trends and inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct warm calls to potential clients to generate leads and expand the client base.
